Between our fully-equipped cocktail bar, delightful bites and the craziest round of mini golf you’ve ever played, our Christmas parties really raise the par.

We understand that plans can be a bit all over the place at the moment but you can still kick off Summer with an End of Twenty Twentee celebration (probably).

If your function booking can’t go ahead because of changing COVID restrictions, you’ll receive a full refund. Let's finish this putthole of a year on a high!

Terms & Conditions

Book your event with us and if COVID restrictions require our venue to be closed at the time of your event then a full refund will be issued. If COVID restrictions allow only certain group sizes in our venue at once and your event is impacted then a full refund will be issued. e.g. if you book for 20 and the restriction only allows 10 then this entitles you to a full refund.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS DURING COVID-19?

COVID-19 restrictions are still in play for some of Australia. We want to make sure we can help you celebrate no matter where you are, so to make it easy to understand, we've broken it down for you.

Have a look at what is happening in your state, then check out what type of party you would like to organise.

I live in Victoria

Whilst you still have some restrictions in place we would love to help you celebrate in your small group.
Due to the limit on groups in public we can only host smaller groups for people for now... Adult functions including Christmas Parties and Work Parties we can host up to 15 people.

These can both be booked online here or alternatively, if you have a larger group you can get in touch with our team.

If your function is impacted by 'rona we are providing full refunds or rescheduling.

If you are interested in booking an event for a large group our Virtual Parties can cater to up to 500 people. Find out more about them here.

I live in Queensland

Whilst you still have some restrictions in place we would love to help you celebrate in your small group.
Due to the limit on groups in public we can only host smaller groups for people for now...

For Kids Parties we can cater to groups of up to 10 people for now - this is due to the size of our kids party rooms and social distancing rules.
Adult functions including Christmas Parties and Work Parties we can host groups from 10 - 50 people.

I live in Western Australia & South Australia

You lucky ducks don't have any restrictions so we are ready for you come down with the whole crew!

We can currently only take bookings online for up to 15 people for Adult functions including Christmas Parties and Work Parties and only 10 for Kids Parties.

Don't stress, those limits above only apply to online bookings. If you are looking to bring a bigger group you will just need to get in touch with our team and they can book it all in for you. No matter how many friends you've got.

What time should I get there for my event?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time so you have time to get teams organised and grab a drink before your game.

What does the drinks package include?

House tap beer, domestic bottled beer, house wine, cider, soft drink, mineral water and juice.

How does the golf work, do we play in teams?

Yes definitely! We find playing together in teams is so much more fun, so we will pop you into teams of about 4 before playing.

I don't have guests confirmed! What can I do?

Book based on your maximum possible guests. This will ensure that we have space for everyone!
Please pay the deposit amount and our functions team will get in touch with you to finalise your booking, confirm guests and make final payment 7 business day prior to the event.

How many people do I need for a function?

We have a minimum of 10 guests for all function packages.

Can I pay after the event?

We do require a 50% deposit on booking and the final payment 4 business days prior to your event.

Can I get a refund for no shows?

Unfortunately we don't offer refunds but we can give you some free passes to come and enjoy Holey Moley another time!

Can I postpone an event?

Absolutely! We just need a minimum of 7 business days notice.

How many drinks does "unlimited" mean?

Two drinks per person, per bar visit in the first hour and one drink per person, per bar visit in the second hour.

What if the packages don't suit me?

Don't worry, we can customise a package tailored to your groups needs! Just give our functions team a call on 1300 727 833.

Can I do a deposit payment?

Yes! Our payment screen defaults to a 50% deposit payment for your function.
The final payment must be made 4 business days prior to your party. Someone from our functions team will be in touch to finalise your booking and make final payment.
