TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion is a game of Chance.
3. Entry is open to residents of Victoria aged 18 years and over. However, employees and their immediate families of Holey Moley Golf Club or Hijinx Hotel and their associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry Period Opens 09:00am AEST Monday 10 June 2024 and closes
9:00am AEST Monday 08 July 2024.
5. One (1) winner will be selected and announced via email. The winner will be contacted by a representative of the Funlab Marketing Team to arrange the prize, which will occur no later than 5:00pm AEST Monday 22 July 2024. Winners have until 9:00am AEST Monday 05 August to claim their prize.
6. To enter, participants must sign up to the mailing list of Holey Moley Golf Club or Hijinx Hotel via Facebook or Instagram.
7. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Entrants in the competition may enter once per brand.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the posting of comments due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
11. The prizes include one party for 6 people worth $330 at their choice of either Holey Moley Golf Club or Hijinx Hotel Mt Gravatt. If for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
12. If for whatever reason the winner is unable to redeem their prize, no additional winners will be drawn.
13. Entries will be assigned a number, and winners will be chosen using Google’s random number generator.
14. The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result or winning entries.
15. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.

3. Entry is open to residents of Canberra only over the age of 18. However, employees and their immediate families of Funlab and their associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry Period Opens Monday 26 February 2024 at 9:00AM AEDT and closes Monday 18 March 2024 at 9:00AM AEDT.
5. Winners will be selected and announced via email. The winners will be contacted by a representative of the Funlab Marketing Team to arrange for delivery/collection of the prize, which will occur no later than EOD Monday 25 March 2024. Winners will have until 9:00AM AEDT Friday 29 March 2024 to claim their prize.
6. To enter, participants must sign up to the Holey Moley Golf Club or Hijinx Hotel mailing list on the related social media competition pages.

13. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
14. If for whatever reason winner is unable to redeem prize, another winner will be drawn and notified by a representative of Funlab by EOD 29 March 2024.
15. The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result or winning entries.

4. Entry Period Opens 06:00am AEDT 16 October 2023 and closes 23:59am AEDT 1 November.
5. One (1) winner will be selected and contacted via email. The winner will be contacted by a representative of the Funlab Marketing Team to arrange for the arrangement of the prize, which will occur no later than 5pm AEDT Friday 3 November 2023. Winners have until 5pm AEDT Monday 6 November to claim their prize.

The promoter reserves the right to select the time and date that the party is held. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
