We’ve perfected our sourdough, finished our DIY projects and Instagram has told us that ‘we’re all caught up’ - so it’s safe to say we’re pretty excited to be coming out of lockdown and opening our doors for you once again.

We couldn’t be more excited to be back and kicking putt, and we’ve made a few changes to the way we tee off to keep our guests and team members safe and adhere to government guidelines.

To help you make the most of your long-awaited freedom, we've created a new range of 1.5 hour mini-golf packages so you can putt loose!

These sessions allow us to deliver the best and safest experience for our guests and team members.

How do the sessions work?

1. Secure your spot by giving us a call on 1300 727 833.

2. Rock up to Holey Moley on your booked date and time.

3. Our team members will check you in, give you a wristband and show you to your allocated table.

4. Putt loose on our courses!

5. At the end of your session, our team will ask you to move on so that we can let the next wave of people in.

 
 

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

For the time being, to comply with government requirements, we will be open with a reduced capacity.

Guests must be seated when consuming food and drinks, and cannot eat or drink on the mini golf course.

Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult, and are not permitted in the venue after certain times due to liquor license restrictions. For more information on this see here. 

Due to the reduced capacity of our venue and with lots of people eager to kick putt after completing every jigsaw puzzle possible, we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Your health and safety is our number one priority, so we’re upping our hygiene game and following all government guidelines to make you feel safe while putting your stuff.

What do I do when I arrive?

On arrival, your group will be allocated a host for the duration of your 90 minute session. This host will be looking after you, serve you your food and drinks at your table and facilitate the start of your mini golf games.

If possible, please have your booking confirmation details open on your phone when you arrive so our team can check you in. Alternatively, please bring along a printed copy of your booking confirmation.

Can I book online?

At the moment you can’t book sessions online. Please call 1300 727 833 to book your session!

Are you implementing contact tracing?

You’ll be required to register the details of at least one person in your group to ensure track and trace procedures can be followed if required by the government.

How do I book?

We’re doing things a little differently at Holey Moley. To make sure everyone is safe, and to adhere to government guidelines, you’ll now need to book into a 90 minute session.

What hygiene and cleaning measures are you putting in place?

The safety of our guests and team members is our number one priority, so we’ve increased our focus on hygiene, social distancing and cleanliness. Check out our Hygiene Commitment here.

I'm bringing my kids - do I need to book a package?

Yes, all guests must book and pay for a package in order to enter the venue.

Why can’t I book a game of mini golf like I used to?

Our 90 minute sessions allow us to have more control over the number of people in our venue at any one time, and to ensure that those who are in the venue are able to have fun while practising social distancing.

How do I order food and drink?

Your group will be allocated a seating area in our venue where food and drinks will be served by your host. Please note that we will not serve any food or beverage items on the golf course and that due to government restrictions, guests are not allowed to order from the bar.

Can I just walk in?

Of course! But please be aware that due to capacity restrictions and social distancing, spots in each session are subject to availability. We suggest you call ahead 1300 727 833 to avoid disappointment.

I had a booking before lockdown but I decided to postpone it. What are my options?

The Fine Print

Guests must select from one of the above packages when booking their mini golf session.

Table service only, guests must be seated at their designated table when consuming food and drinks, and cannot eat or drink on the mini golf course.

Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult, and are not permitted in the venue after 5pm.

All sessions and packages are subject to availability. We will be following government guidelines around capacity and social distancing carefully, so please be aware that this will impact availability. 

At this time, we will not be taking bookings for single games of 9 or 18 holes. 

After 5pm, we become strictly 18+ and require everyone within the venues to have a valid form of ID on them. 

Please bring a method of contactless payment, as we’re going cash-free in our venues.

Be aware of our hygiene policies before coming into our venue.
